So, if you're living under a rock, Gamejolt did this booster thing that's making people mad, and I haven't posted for a few days. I wanna say something about the Gamejolt situation, how this will affect games on Gamejolt(including ours), and why I haven't been posting lately.
(Why I haven't been posting) The reason why I haven't pisted for a few days is because I'm working on other projects that I plan to post later, and I'm going through an art block for my music, I have also noticed that I have been lazy with my posts. I feel like for some of my posts or songs I rush this then made me kind of burnt out. I have also been feeling like my beats for posts and Celebration at Freddy's aren't that good sometimes and I always think about replacing beats. I am now taking more time on posts which is why I haven't been posting.
(The Gamejolt situation) So Gamejolt is going through a hard time and people are moving to itch.io. Now, I don't know if I'm going to post on there because I don't think I'm going to fit in even though I probably don't fit in on Gamejolt either. I also find itch.io to be kind of sketchy and I don' feel connected with it. I think I'll only post devlogs for Celebration at Freddy's but nothing else. I know other places to post music like Soundcloud or YouTube, but I have no idea where to post art. I also honestly think I have to start fresh because no offense, but I honestly don't think my followers would transfer to my YouTube or Soundcloud, no matter how many times I've promoted that stuff, almost little to no one checks it out. Celebration at Freddys might not move to itch.io. We don't know, I don't even know if there's still going to be a @stinky_dog or @mimic_program_one
(he'll most likely still be known) or Celebration at Freddys (also will maybe still be known). I think this is putting thousands if not millions of indie games in crisis if they don't switch to itch.io. So I'll be putting my backup links in comments if Gamejolt falls off.
