All tools start at 1 bar of usage, but they will start taking more power as you use them until they hit their individual caps.
When a tool is off this extra power drain will not affect you and will tick it's way back down towards 1 bar of usage.
The speed of which power drain increases/decreases is different for every tool.
The notes listed apply to the fan and do not apply to the Power Generator.
The Power Generator will now generate power instead of removing a bar of usage.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
