THE UPDATED CHAPTER 1 ACT I DEMO IS OUT! (v1.0047)


Today I decided to release an updated Act I, which in addition to updated graphics, new animations, SFX and VFX, there are new collectibles, a slightly reworked Avery skill. Before, it didn't work quite as I originally intended, but now everything works as it should. Now it reduces enemy attack a little bit.

And also slightly improved enemy behavior, because I'll be honest, it could be ridiculous sometimes before.

You can safely play the game here with old save files, but I still recommend starting a new game.

Overall, I tried to make the game more comfortable for both new players and those who have played it before.

As for the next Acts, they are still in development and I hope to be able to share more details about them soon.

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
