While on the run from Cosmic Lake, who is still intent on pursuing them despite being tazed, Chayanne finds themselves low on stamina. They were never very active anyways but this was crucial to not dying, she was exhausted though.

Just when they think they're done for, they can hear Cosmic Lake getting closer, something grabs them by the scruff of their coat and hauls them into the ventilation. A familiar robotic hand covers their mouth as Cosmic Haiden closes the ventilation grate from the inside, asking them to keep quiet.

Cosmic Lake is so busy calling for his wayward guard that he doesn't think to look through the security system, specifically the ventilation cameras. When his footsteps fade to silence Cosmic Haiden motions for Chayanne to follow him to a room off the security cameras, where Cosmic Lake wouldn't be able to see them.

This was going to be a long night...
