Torn Apart Status Update

Hi guys! Sorry it’s been so long without any news. We have decided to make some changes to our GameJolt and Facebook pages. The reason for this is that we are going to be working on more games and having Torn Apart as the name for everything would just cause confusion.

So we have decided to go by the name Happy Little Cloud ! :)

The game Torn Apart is currently on hold for the time being. The reason for this is that as we are still students we still have to do projects decided by our course. So we have had to begin development of a new game for this year and we are currently not allowed to work on Torn Apart as a college project, so our time has to go into developing our new game!

We do plan to continue development of Torn Apart in the future though, the response to the game was so amazing and we definitely want to continue it and keep the fans we’ve made so far :D

For anyone interested in our new game. We can always put some devlog things up about it as we go, and when it’s ready for early access I’m sure you’ll see it pop up on here!

Thanks for your continued interest and for all the positive feedback we’ve received from you guys!

  • Ruth and Mark :)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Animation test. Not an actaul conclusion to who wins sonic vs Mario. Just a test animation combo.
