Because i made this in windows 8.1, I have no idea if this will work on other systems, so be warned! Also, make sure you are putting all the folders in the right places! remember: put all the unzipped folders into the unzipped hatsune mugen folder,and put all the CHARS folders int one big folder tittled chars! it should be working after that!
