Trust me, it's coming along.

I haven’t died yet! Yay! Not going to spoil much here but I added a really neat CRT effect I’m finally happy with as well as…well… it’s hard to explain.
You know when you play an NES game and two sprites are right on top of each other and it looks like the sprites are fighting over which one is on top? Yeah, that. it’s a small touch I feel enhances the 8-bit feel of the game without taking away anything in return!
Other than that small aesthetic touches have been made, the usual tweaks and bug fixes. I promise the next public build will definitely be worth it! One gameplay tweak in mind will make the mushrooms and other enemies you knock around much easier to manage without taking away from the general difficulty of the game. I won’t say anything else, you’ll just have to wait.

“Until it’s done…” Promo material from Duke Nukem Forever.
…..’cept I promise this game will be… you know, good.

So, after a few years of being burnt out creatively I'm starting a brand new project, after a few weeks I've got a pretty decent prototype / alpha started with a unique art style. Once I feel like it's a bit more complete I'll upload a playable alpha.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
