Twister: TT (JUNE DEVLOG)

Back with a June devlog. Development has been slow and steady seeing as I'm the only guy working on the game besides musical contributors.
In terms of landmarks for progress; the main OST for Chapter 2 is now complete, alternate route not included. As for the "alternate route," it's fully playable from start to finish regarding chapters 1+2, with minor adjustments always being made. Chapter 3/ACT 3 began development earlier this year and work on Area 1 has been going great, all enemy encounters prior to the boss are complete and I am currently chipping away at the secret boss. I've decided ACT 3 will have a total of four areas, 3 of them being somewhat linear before a huge final area.
Other than that, as I said, dev has been going at a moderate pace, I just finished up my spring semester at college but now I'm dealing with 2 jobs and a social life so I mostly return to dev whenever I feel like it lmao

Besides that, there's not much I want to show this time around besides a scrapped track for the alternate route I posted on my Soundcloud

(SOUND WARNING) I've been tweaking a lot of little things about the game; narrative, dialogue, and most importantly: gameplay. here's a new funky attack you'll be able to get through challenge sidequests.

Long awaited weekends lay ahead of us☀

A perfect time to admire the views of Arkana! Build a cozy house on lake shore, cook your masterpiece of a dish, invite some friends to the table and together meet a picturesque sunset🌄

Another quick progress update: The second area of Act 2 is complete and I am moving on to a larger and more explorative third area that'll take a while. Overall, 50% of the base game seems to be complete.
