Added a tutorial room!(scrapped for a simpler version)

I added a new character to my game and some abilities!

-The Redneck gets a temporary damage buff

-The Possessed TV gets temporary invincibility

-The Insane Robot gets temporary regen

Mastery cloaks in Eterspire. What other ones should we add? We're thinking of a boss one that you can get when you defeat all bosses an X amount of times.
