Fixed the credits menu and fixed the level in world 4 that i forgot to put death objects around the level.

Update 0.16.0! World 5 is done! In the update I have completed making all levels in world 5 and a complete version of the world 5 boss: The Ice Cube!
Update 0.17.1! New boss! In this update there is a prototype for the 6th world boss: The Guardian!
