Finally got some X-Rays done today, nothing is certain yet but the main things I MIGHT have are the following.

A Stroke

Multiple Sclerosis

Pinched Nerves

It's hard to diagnose because I'm having symptoms of all of them. We did X-Rays and neurological tests today and what we found out is the dominant side of my body (the right side) is MUCH weaker than my left side. Like dramatically. Not only is it weaker, it's a lot less responsive. Those things can be caused from a stroke or a brain lesion from MS. The numbness is the only outlying symptom which the X-Rays show my neck and spine are WAY out of alignment which is causing A LOT of problems in my neck which easily can diagnose ALL those things.

It's very unlikely it was a stroke but it's not ruled out yet. But if I swallow, or have the right side of my face even touched, my brain is actually shutting off my right arm essentially. I have another appointment on Friday when more of the X-Rays are developed. These X-Rays have different angles of my spine and neck which will give us all the answers we need.

So hopefully on Friday we will know for sure if the immune system disease they originally thought was killing me is actually killing me or not. If it's just pinched nerves, all I have to do is keep actively getting my back and neck aligned and begin physical therapy to regain my strength. Once that happens I can finally return to my job.
