I feel it’s time… I’ve delayed this third official game long enough, I just didn’t want to work on it because I was REALLY afraid of screwing up everything with this third game. I knew I probably needed a little more practice with programming and drawing, hence why we got a Horde Remastered out of this. If you haven’t seen this Remastered Horde yet, I suggest playing it. It’s pretty good and feels a lot like the original game, but with more bells and whistles added to the mix. I also rebuilt the game from the ground up to give you all a quality experience. I just didn’t need an extras menu, it felt like it would make me delay the game further. I didn’t want to potentially keep this game from you all for way too long, and I wanted to see if you all would enjoy a throwback. I also practiced my style of these games with it, and picked up a few more things about taking photos of objects and combining them with the drawings to create really detailed drawings for the game. So I feel like i’m ready to give you all a high quality follow-up to The Horde 2. I’ve practiced enough, and the new character confirmed to be in this new game does look incredible. I only say this because for an untextured drawing, it looks really nice and detailed. I will at least give you guys a demo before I decide if this game is what I really want to do right at this second, simply because I feel like i’ve exhausted the term FNaF comedy spoof. I’ve done two Horde games and a remake of the first, and i’m starting to get a little bored of the idea of a joke game. I feel like I want to try something a little more creepy and feels like an actual compliment to the franchise that it’s based off of. This will probably be why this third game might feel a little more serious. But after this game, I need a break from working on non-stop Horde games. If you’ve been paying close enough attention, i’ve been hinting at something else that might be in the works here soon. It’s an idea that i’ve had for over a year now, and if done right it will feel like an actually creepy FNaF fangame. But I just need to temporarily make The Horde go out with a bang, and this third game will do just that. It might also hint at a potential fourth game in the future, but i’m getting a little ahead of myself. This third game’s demo will even take a lot of time, as this is going to be the biggest Horde game I might ever work on. It will even have multiple endings to it just to tell a good story and can even conclude the series if desired. But that’s all I wanted to say. Maybe in a couple of months the demo will be out, as it will probably take that long just for the first night. Also, happy fourth of july… See you in the next whatever I do in the meantime…

I've released a demo showcasing a bunch of proposed changes for the updated version of the game; namely a complete overhaul of the heating mechanic. There's also a Google Form for after you play the demo build, to give feedback.
V2.0.0 Released
2.0.1 Patch (due to me forgetting to change the achievement tied to the extras in the menu to the easy difficulty one) Also renamed the application file to The Horde: Revitalized instead of THR NEW.
Release Candidate 1 of the new update has been publicly released. Merry late Christmas, I decided to release what I have at the moment for people to play, and there's a questionnaire link below to suggest changes.
