Honestly? I get both sides, but I think people are overreacting.

It’s a fan animation, not an official episode. That means it’s supposed to be someone’s interpretation. And just like fanfics, it can be sad, romantic, or whatever the creator wants. Saying it shouldn’t exist because it’s too emotional feels unfair. Especially when the actual show has tons of emotional moments too.

Also, fan work isn’t stealing. It’s showing love. If anything, the creators of Helluva Boss should feel honored that fans care enough to make something this detailed.
