Full 3D Environments:
For the first time ever in the "Wrestle Camp"-series's history, the environments'll be rendered in full 3D in real time!
First-Person Gameplay:
Both of the past-two entries in the "Wrestle Camp" lineup featured entirely third-person gameplay. But this-time, we've decided to take the third title in a different direction. Now, matches are planned to be fully playable in first-person, as if you are looking through the eyes of your character as they navigate the ring whilst fending-off defeat from their opponent!
Open-Ring Engine:
In the first two "Wrestle Camp"-iterations, where you and your opponent started a match, was also where you finished-it: even after we added support for stage-morphing in "Wrestle Camp 2", the entirety of every-single bout, took place in the exact center of the squared circle. But in "Wrestle Camp 3", that all changes, via the brand-new ability to freely move: not-only around the IN-side of the ring, but also OUT-of it, and EVEN BEYOND!
Powered by our cutting-edge "Open-Ring engine™", our latest in-house development-technology; "Wrestle Camp 3" shall let combatants both explore, and experience, a whole new world of interactivity outside of the wrestling-ring!
Knock-Out Pixels:
Feel like you need some extra extremity in your "Extreme Rules"-matches? Well, imagine yourself squaring-off-aGainst one of the greatest and strongest "Wrestle-Campers" of all time, when suddenly, you hit them with just that perfect amount of a combination of force and timing, and "Bam! Cole-Joof, Cole-Joof!" They actually get knocked-out and fall to the ground, enabling you to win the match by K-O! Just be careful, as the same could also befall you, too!
Move-Set-Swapping:
Tired of the basic slaps, kicks, stamps, splatters, pins, and knock-outs from the prior-couple-of releases? Well fear not! In "Wrestle Camp 3", all moves are entirely randomised from within a lookup-table. So you could start with a fierce left hand aGainst your opposition's face, only to suddenly end-up having provoked them enough to end up witnessing them pulling-out a ladder, and whacking you in the chest with it! Ooh—that's gotta hurt!
Replay-Value:
Each stage will have five traversable worlds to explore outside the squared-circle, including the one that houses each ring itself. If a match were to end before you'd explored the full premises, there's just another reason to go back to said stage for even more chaotic fun!
Next-Generation Exclusivity:
Sure, "Wrestle Camp 2" was the first edition in the series to feature graphics-options for those on lower-end devices, however, for "Wrestle Camp 3", we're finally pulling-out all the stops, so we can demonstrate to you, the full Power In PowerPoint! Cutscenes'll be even more cinematic-looking and -feeling; graphics-chips will be taxed further than formerly possible without locking-up; and although "Wrestle Camp 2" had audio that nearly rivaled some of the WWE-games in quality, this time, we plan to do even better than WWE 2K24 in the sound-design-department!
Mental Health First:
However, if at any point, any of our workers becomes contiguously overwhelmed or stressed-out by the amount of work that goes into making all of this possible, we will have, not-to cancel the game, but to simply scale-it-back-down to a 2D engine, which we now can do, thanks to all the effort that went into "Wrestle Camp 2"! We care firstly and foremost about the mental health of everyone involved in this ProJect, and as soon as it becomes too daunting for any single party, we shall switch to our Plan-B, letting you all know in the ProCess as soon as any incident occurs, but whilst also keeping any and all specificities anonymous.
Here We Go:
Development has officially been commenced today! We've built the foundation and done the math to solve the building of our engine, and if all goes well, over the course of several weeks, months, or even years; we should be able to deliver on all of these Promises in at least some form!
Until our next post on the third "Wrestle Camp"-video-game, "Happy Jading!™"
