We spent some time further polishing the battle system, and are ready to show off another enemy and it's first attack. Due to the slimy bodies of the Goouls, a certain counter works better than others!

To spice up the Mario & Luigi combat even more, we're iterating on it's enemy resistance system - some of the attacks won't work on certain enemies, but they'll put others into entirely new states, inviting some strategy into the order of your attacks!

If you'd like to escape from battle, after choosing the "flee" command, you'll have to withstand one enemy turn before you can escape. If you're a higher level than your foes though, you'll flee without issue!
