Starting and ending time:
This contest will start Monday, the 11th of December 2023, at 12am and end the 25th of December 2023 at 11:59 pm (your time).
What is the contest?
You will make a journal entry that is 1 or more pages on a cryptid or creature or strange species you created (you can base it off an existing creature but put your own spin on it).
Each entry will have at least 1 picture and will incorporate a information on the creature and can include a story!
You MUST use the TEMPLATE provided (you are allowed to move things around and change the size of things but you have to start from the same costume. Also feel free to change the color of the purple square.)
What happens if I win?
The top 5 or so winners will get their entries IN THE GAME. If there are more that I like, then I will add more!
Entries will be graded via 4 different categories:
-Most Creative- How unique is it? What sets it apart?
-Best Visual Design - How well designed is the cryptid? How
-Best Written description/Content - How interesting is the description? Does it give a good idea of this creature's abilities and impact?
-Best Storytelling/narrative - Does it have a story of some kind? Does it make this world more interesting?
How to submit:

Using programs outside of scratch is perfectly fine (you just need to submit via scratch)
How to find the examples:
In the project, there is a sprite with examples from the game itself.
What do I do until then?
Plan! It's only a few days until it opens. Don't submit before then (I don't care if you do but I would prefer if you didn't).
