Nights have been very rough. Can't go a moment without waking up at high temperature, and being way stressed out. My nightmares are just too realistic for me to handle lately.
People involved in these are very close to me, whether it be a family member, or a best friend, and they're often hurting me in some kind of way. But as result of it, I'm going to try to take more breaks away from social media, (and my PC in general) to focus on stabilizing my mind so it doesn't freak out like how it has been.
