Why the Demo is Taking So Long: A Message from the Developer
I understand that many of you might be wondering why the demo for my game has taken so long to develop. For those of you who have been following my journey from the beginning, you know this hasn't been a straightforward path. To the newcomers who might perceive this delay as laziness, I assure you, the reality is far more complex.
Over the past three years, Iβve poured my heart and soul into creating this game. Despite my best efforts, the project has faced numerous setbacks that have significantly delayed its progress. There were several instances where the game was lost entirely due to unforeseen circumstances. Each time, I had to start from scratch, painstakingly rebuilding maps and re-envisioning the project. This happened not once or twice, but over ten times. It was a heartbreaking and exhausting process, but each iteration brought me closer to the version I have today.
Since the beginning of this year, I have focused intensely on perfecting the animation details. This aspect of development is crucial to me, as I believe it enhances the overall player experience. My commitment to quality sometimes means progress is slower than anticipated, but I am dedicated to delivering a polished and immersive game.
Additionally, the project has not been without its share of drama. Various challenges and conflicts almost led to its cancellation. These setbacks were tough to navigate and took a toll on both the project's timeline and my morale. However, I persevered because I believe in this game and in the community that supports it.
Despite these challenges, the game is now on the right track. I am more motivated than ever to complete the demo and share it with all of you. Your patience and understanding mean the world to me, and I am deeply grateful for your support.
Thank you for sticking with me through this journey. I promise the wait will be worth it.
