He is a swordsman and fighter from another universe...or timeline, however you want to put it, since he came from an Earth very different than the one he lives on now after leaving it ages ago. He isn't very social, and prefers doing things alone, and refrains from asking for help. Despite this, he cares deeply for his friends and family. He is capable of understanding others' emotions and can be empathetic when the situation calls for it, but can also be too open and honest about a situation, making things worse. He is also shown as deeply committed to his own values, which he uses as a compass to navigate through the challenges he faces. He is driven by a sense of duty and justice, wanting to end all evil to make the world a truly safe place--though, somewhere in his mind, there is a constant drive to keep fighting just for the fun of it. He is also a visionary thinker who is constantly looking for ways to improve himself and achieve his goals--because of this, he is usually training to become stronger. Moreover, Xavier is a strategist who adapts to the situation at hand, assessing the risks and opportunities before taking action(except in very...peculiar situations.)

His powers really just consist of most Dragon Ball moves, but he also has the Sacred Arts, allowing him to summon the following elements:

He can also use the Enhance Armament and Release Recollection commands after a certain event that occurred. He is also able to bind some different attacks together, like Kamehameha and Final Flash in order to create Final Kamehameha, without the need of fusion.
