Another update tonight, contains a lot of under the hood stuff, like preparing for multiple weapons(and their animations), new sound effects, fixing touch input problems, and adding weapon crates.

Changelog:
Add: New sound effects for jumping, collisions, and future buttons.
Add: Health for player has been implemented but not displayed.
Bug Fix: Loading layout now properly detects touch input to start.
Bug Fix: Sounds are played at lower volumes to prevent clipping in some setups and scenarios.
Change: Player no longer starts with a weapon, one must be found in a crate.
