I made a few, I made on in 16-16, but I wasn't able to give it the feel I wanted so I made a 32-32 one as well.

Also, I used a color pallets, which I haven't done before.

I ended up using two color pallets for the final one.
That's 8 colors.

I don't know a lot about Undertale, never played (i really want to) but i thought that would be good for training, translating a big pixelart into a small space is very hard. Here it is, you can see it's 16x16 in the config.
