v1.13.15 - The return of photoshop

Finally updating the latest batch of character sprites...

unfortunately...almost none of them appear in ChibiQuest...

Still, it gets updated for consistency.

v1.13.14 - the rage update

This is about 10 hours work in 4 months...but 6 of it was right before uploading.

Nothing new, just some cleanup work.

Couple minor fixes with the private airship and puzzle maze.
