-if pluto or jawsum are active and they get encore buffed it will only apply afterwards (thank @FiveOpossum )
-fixed a bug where pluto would do his attacks extremely fast if encore buffed
-made knife visisble on encore only
-updated credits
Did a touch of sound rebalancing with ffreddy and fixed some bugs (most importantly invisible lolbit) in 1.0.1
