New options menu for v1.3 of TRTF 2 CR

Yes Game Jolt API is being added to v1.3, if you saw the trophies section you know what I'm talking abt

There's also new settings asw compared to old 1.3 and 1.2.8, maximizing the customizability now

I have decided that I will release a pre-release 1.5 of Ascent sometime in the future because I have made a lot of changes and overhauls with the game to where the game is very different to the prior release. I will release it when I'm finish the reworks
