Hi! I am a game developer - I like writing code that creates nice looking things in 2D and 3D - preferrably pixel art or low poly modelling.

How to cross the river?

Hitting my head over how to animate these guys turns out to be less painful than what I produced here ....

A prototype on archery I am working on. I am not so happy with how the camer transition works :/ - open for suggestions!

#unity

A little tileset I am working on. There is no lighting involved, it's just colorful meshes using a small texture for colors. The animation uses a palette shifting approach, which makes it rather distinct looking.

Working on the teleportation effect of Mr. Boxy. He'll be fine. I think . Probably.

So... that last teleportation did not go so well for Mr. Boxy - But don't worry, I will fix him up good as new.

Mr. Boxy is on the move - so happy to finally being able to move that he's going endlessly in circles!

Now he just needs to follow my script - that I still need to work out 🙃

Not directly game dev but about teaching game dev principles; hope it's ok to post: I am writing a presentation system using #love2d to create videos on game dev topics (so far mostly math, but other topics will follow). Pretty happy with today's result.

Mister Boxy gets ready for the next video I'm working on :)
