Pixel Rebirth @PixelRebirth
I guess I'm just another person who grew up playing NES and never quite got over the magic of that time.
That childhood influence is still clearly visible in my own game projects. Most of the time at least.
Also I was never a proper coder and therefore have quite the history of authoring tools I used over the years (sadly spawning many abandoned games). Most of my more recent projects have been created with Construct 2, but I'm looking to get into Godot in the not too distant future.
It came to my attention that the game wasn't actually working anymore past the first logo screen, due to a dependency on the defunct clay.io. Removed the dependency, fixed a minor bug and exported the project via Construct 3. Works again!
Menu, minimap and world layout have been tinkered with a lot lately to get ready for another playable test, which should happen soon. Updated the description above to include some estimated progression stats.
