I guess I'm just another person who grew up playing NES and never quite got over the magic of that time.

That childhood influence is still clearly visible in my own game projects. Most of the time at least.

Also I was never a proper coder and therefore have quite the history of authoring tools I used over the years (sadly spawning many abandoned games). Most of my more recent projects have been created with Construct 2, but I'm looking to get into Godot in the not too distant future.

The arsenal has been enhanced.

The wet element is going to be a thing.

Currently putting together a 2nd playable test, which covers a small portion of the game and should be considered a closed pre-alpha kind of thing.
