The hate for Gooseworx on Twitter, by her very own fanbase, is some of the worst shit I've ever had to read on that site.

Literally trying so hard to take moral highground and be woke superior that they just loop back to immoral hatred.

Like 80% of the optimization I've made through using GameMaker has just been switching:

NIGHT = 1 - Set Alterable Value A = 1

NIGHT = 2 - Set Alterable Value A = 3

etc

etc

over to:

Var X = [1, 3, etc, etc]

Var Y = X[NIGHT]

So much more efficient.
