For what it's worth, I'm a post graduate in Computing and applied Mathematics... Only they don't run courses like that any-more, and haven't for decades. I've also had many jobs in computing, starting out as a technician and advancing through Networks Specialist to become a senior Unix systems administrator. Now I'm a lowly programmer again and I never want to look back... I'm just glad I've SED goodbye to AWK forever!

Now I write VB and C# .Net for a living, but ever since my teenage years writing public domain programs on the VIC-20 then the ATARI 800XL I've been interested in games programming, although I've heard too many horror stories to want to do it for a living.

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering 'GaryWare' was a nickname given to the various interfaces I had to write in one of my previous jobs in order to move data between various disparate systems that didn't like each-other very much.

It's my first propper RPG Maker game so I'm still just thinking about releasing it for free, so that sort of lets Steam out, I'll maybe out it up in Itch.IO but that always seems saturated!

I've also added a few of the transion screens, and updated the possible (standard) end-games screens.
Going to have to get it properly play-tested and start thinking about how to advertise it soon.

I've dded a bit more to this, a health counter is now added to the first part for when you get hit, and 4 of the 'story choice parts' have been (more-or-les) implemented, out of 8 in the second part.

I was looking at the possibility of using the Game Guru maker to Prototype a new game idea. And made a small demo program with it in order to test it out. I've uploaded this demo to Game Jolt, and would appreciate your views on it good or bad. Thanks.

Machine Runner now up on Game Jolt
