I made a Halo helmet a few years back. Features a hardhat insert for a perfect fit. Holds 2 9v batteries to power the lights. There is an NFC tag hidden in Cortana's light for contact info.

3D printed, spray and hand painted. The blades are magnetized and the skull hangs via brass hook. The backing is covered in felt.
