Weather Update;

Made Storm Clouds darker, split cloud and rain particles into separate systems so I could layer them correctly, also reduce cloud height.

Ok so it's not that noticeable, but I really don't like how the arrow gets distorted as you rotate it, specifically the black outline ends up with missing pixels.

I'm not sure why I originally picked it being so high, other than just to keep it out the way

Hmm, trying a different nighttime colour, and also cloud shadow....
I think I'm liking it better with blue, only issue is it changed how the lighting works like around the player. It's kinda dulled it

Hmm, not sure why they're not blue, but it works.

The same lightning code can be used for balls.

(I turned off their destruction code for testing, so that's why they last forever)

Better Lightning?
Now you can see it during the day.

Ok now it's too infrequent maybe?
Need to work on the depth levels. Ideally I'd like the lightning not to be shown though the Cloud.
But Cloud is particle, and lightning is sprite, so it's finicky.

Might have went overboard with the Lightning...
