Equipping the right Fallen Feathers not only gives you magic abilities to use in battle but also lets you overcome obstacles as you progress through the game but only if you have the right feather equipped at the right time! (test area obstacle course)

Targeting Goggles....or should I say, "off brand Vats". This probably won't be a thing with all the enemies, but maybe a boss gimmick.
