R: добавил систему ХП (жизней) которые пополняются от прохождения комнат и тратятся от соприкосновения с врагами
E: added a system HP (lives) which are replenished from passing through rooms and spent from contact with enemies

Иду к цели\Achieving goals.

R: добавил два вида врагов, собираемую волюту, систему заблокированных дверей и добавил простой UI, билд обновил.
