Due to the controversy surrounding @TheRyDev 
that happened 2 months ago, and also him being inactive on the Internet, it is most likely that RFN will stop development as a whole. Maybe it will come back someday, but, for now, this game is cancelled.
The Return to Sonic's v2.0 - Before the Sequel will be releasing October 31st, 2024.
