I added a day/night cycle (took insanely long).
I also added health bars, thunderstorms and after long last a tutorial.

More 1 week progress for #Kumper!
- Added new elements, such as bubble actors that float in the air and make you bounce (but pop after a few bounces!)
- Revamping some levels
- And more.

I've redesigned some of the early game enemies, which means the game no longer has "borrowed" graphical assets. I'll release a demo with these changes and more next week.

Finally re-implemented the "super hits" that move the player at high speeds when damaged for more than the 40% of max HP!
