Finalizing the mobile controls assets and testing the drift events

Adding the controls for mobile users + preparing the weapon system coding

- Modified the streets size to spawn the cars easier

- Created the Car spawners

- Fixed player speed for mobile players

For context, Final Turret is ready to be released. Only have to setup the gamepage first.
