very good demo. professionally made and fun, too - this new world is nice to explore despite it's unfinished state and the plot seems intriguing. Thedra is also pretty cool, i like her as a protag. swag girl. the custom locations are very nicely crafted, too - though the usage of default rpg maker mv maps here and there is bumming, i can't really blame you for utilising them. also, any game with keyboard config in it is an instant win in my book.
some more things of note that i've found, mostly bugs:
- in in-battle weapon sprites are all messed up and look like a jumble when anyone whips out an armament.
- the names of the places of interest on Kroslotus on Andorica's map are too small, it's hard to read them...
+ does the same guy run the entirety of Laentewood or smth that's kinda creepy lmao
- you don't actually get a piano key, the strange flute or the item with the ink icon in Laentewood when the game says you get them.
- you can't trade with the merchant guy if you accept his quests, and he sold some useful stuff :(
- the fire spell also costs mana but that fact is never specified anywhere
- do dark beasts even drop fur wtf i've killed like 5 already, what are these vanilla world of warcraft drop rates lmao
the game is very promising - i very much adore the idea of a big open world rpg with islands filled with cool locations and dungeons to explore - plus, there's always the worldbuilding of Kroslotus that i'd like to see more of. you're aiming high with project, my friend, and i have a feeling that you'll hit the mark just fine. wish you and the game well ;)
