In the year 2069, a worldwide chemical warfare between 3 fractions of the world left most of the water resources on the Earth contaminated beyond purification by any then known process. The war seemed no end so the 3 fractions signed a treaty uniting the world under single government. The elected head soon exploits loopholes on the government and rises to dictatorship. And setup a monopoly over the only country with clean water resources.
This gave ride to a lot of rebel groups United under one objective.
You're a spy working for the most powerful of the rebel groups, trying to put an end to the autocratic rule.
