Hey! I just started this game little while ago and it has been an amazing experience so far. The community is generally very friendly and everyone likes to help out one another. The administrators are also up to mark in doing their tasks.
Best things:
Nice graphics.
Everyone is supportive and friendly.
Has a unique battle system.
Is completely free(Unlike some P2W games)
Bad things:
The game relies on having lots of players online to show its shine.
The maps lack the beauty the graphics provide.
Could use more content.
I thought I wrote a review for this long ago
Many years ago I started playing Azusa (I also purchased the lifetime membership when it was available), my very first character was just a simple civilian. There was an Angel who raised & trained my character after they were orphaned, had a vassal that was elderly & was the grandmaster of Heracles. He was one my top most favorited Player of Azusa, he'd make Batman quotes & references throughout our friendship. He was the first Batman of Azusa. I stopped counting how many times I died (maybe 12-15+ times?) & revived on that character alone, I assume I got to try out at least half of the guardian armors until I finally managed to earn the Peace Elite of Zeus. It was considered the weakest Elite armor by Poseidon's Allies, though my Cosmos was much weaker than theirs. My stats & mastery rates were just enough to survive the war between 3 other factions & a powerful Vampire Lord, my Peace Blast was strong enough to turn the Lord's young vampire to ashes in one hit.
My character lived long enough to witness various guardians betraying one another, a new & youthful vassal of Hades was possessed. A young apprentice I was training to potentially become the new Peace Elite once my character passes of old age. The passive aggressive youth quickly morphed in to a frail god. Getting stronger as more betrayed souls of unfortunate guardians are slain by opposing factions.
My char had the chance to fight a Rip, I was no match for Poseidon's strongest Lemurian. He himself at one point became a demon, who got trapped in another dimension for 80 years & ascended in to a Demi-God in the underworld, I served under Poseidon for some time to train his guardians to fend off the undead. I got married to the grandmaster of Atlantis & I had also slain that character once I was corrupted by Hades & Pandora, I was made the Dark Elite of Peace who only felt some sort o Peace of mind once the battles had ended. Under Pandora's orders, I collected 10+ belts of guardians I had defeated, I dug out a cave under the Heracles castle & left their guardian belts buried under unmarked graves.
This caused the remaining Guardians to question who could have done such a thing, the players then began turning on each other more than they had before.
I started off as a soft hearted civilian & turned in to a pile of dust & ashes in the Underworld as a nearly immortal being. I was very close to becoming the second demi-god.

Later on, I managed to host my own RP server. The most players I had logged in all at once was around 35+, which was too much for me to handle when I was the only admin online. I contacted a number of players I trusted enough from the official server to make my enforcers, roleplay masters & admins. My boyfriend Vipersphere played the role of a demi-god among the angels during the missing presence of Zeus.

I even had plans for more demi-gods to be made, I miss spending time with the friends I have made on Azusa. When people needed someone to chat with when they were having a bad day IRL, they would log in to my server, me or someone else would either lend them an ear or people would come in to roleplay their day away to try & forget about their stresses.
No matter how many other types of Online Roleplay games I have played the past 6 years, none of them meet up to how influential Azusa was on me, my friends & the players who loved the interaction & events over the years.
Azusa is a very imersive game. Initially, like any game, there are many things to discover, but it has a community that is able to teach without fear that you will overcome and become better, after all it is this improvement that comes the story of the game and the involvement of all. The story is free and created by all players, with initial inspiration in Greek mythology and the inspiration world of saint seiya. The possibilities of being a golden saint or even becoming a god of the game makes it even more exciting. Like many games, some things in Azusa are purposely made for players to discover playing the game. Have I commented that it has no end? That's right! You create your character, he interacts with other players online, become a part on the story, regardless of your options as a player, and still grows, and getting old, coming to a certain point where you look at the trajectory of your character and feel proud of his deeds, whatever they may be. When your character dies, you get a chance to start again with bonuses for your past generation, and these bonuses increase with every new generation you can reach, and when you start a new generation, new rares come up giving you the option to be able to create a character completely different from the previous one, as well as to try to follow with the history that constructed for your character, being for example the grandson of yourself, or an adoptive son, use your imagination. It can be from angel, demon, lemurian, kappa, or even a human (why not?) You have ample freedom in the game, as well as being able not only to choose which god you want to follow, but also to change your belief in the course of game and its history.
But, best of all in my opinion at Azusa is the role play. You make your story, and the history of the world in Azusa, you choose your life, you choose what to say and how to react to the different situations that the game presents you, you can be a master who guides and trains other players, such as also a civilian who cares for his people or even as a trader, selling his work, can be a fighter, or even have telepathic powers. You can be a faithful follower of your god, and for some reason according to your story and experiences in the game chose to bait everyone and betray your deity, or even a godslayer in the name of your ideals and beliefs.
Have you ever thought about having your own armor? Your own skills and techniques, and become a saint or even a reaper like no other game, whether with the wolrd of Saint Seiya or with environments of mmorpg allow you to have? Azusa is the game you've been looking for so far.
Does the game have bugs? Well, which game don't have? Sincerely...? Do bugs prevent game or progress? No way! Do you have any limitations in the game? Yes, your mind and your creativity! And, like any interactive and online game, it's clear that depending on your dedication to the game, and your role player qualities, your chances will go on in the same proportion.
Have you ever thought about joining one of those interactive book stories where your character really is in the story, not just as a tavern master who do pies for the soldiers, but rather as someone who has the chance to change the story of the book and plot twists? Come to Azusa, a game in style you've never experienced before, a unique game, and a game that will addicted you before you know it!

Since mythological eras Hades been trying to turn earth into his realms by killing every creature. Features:
Dynamic World: Everything being Buildable and Destroyable depending on your resources and power;
Complex Civil Gameplay: You can play as a normal person and yet have a complex gameplay, being able to build, hunt, tailor, cook, be a musician, etc;
Time and History: As the game progrides, and humans dies of old age, you can play as your next generations; and everything in the game's world is affected by players action; You can fight to define the destiny of your next generations and become a historical hero!;
Custom NPCs: You can defeat a Bandit and convince him to become your worker, as a Civil NPC or a NPC that works for you, selling your items and relics!;
Strategic Combat: A verry fast turn system allows players to experience exciting combats, while working with friends to defeat stronger enemies using unique strategies, you can also experience the fast-freedom of a realtime battle!
Player Made Towns/Citys: Azusa is so dynamic that even cities, clans, towns, can be created by players as the history progride, the opposite can happen too as cities can be completelly destroyed during a war!
Angels, Demons and Gods: Angels, Demons and even Gods are played by real players, and as the Great Wars happens you can pick what God to fight for, and that will define completelly the world for the next generations! Pick between Poseidon, Athena, Almighty, Hades and Pandora; Even while you can't see Angels and Demons they are around, and can talk inside people's head and lead them to the right or wrong path!
Guardians: The humans that decided to fight for a God, are called Guardians, they wear ancient armors based on life forms that gives them super powers, needed to fight the army of the opposing gods; There are over 60 armors (Counting the variations) and more are added monthly; Each Guardian have their own skills and powers! Pick wisely your armor and have fun!
Guardian Tiers: There are tiers and a "Hierarchy" of armors, the common ones are the Ordinary Armors; and is the most common type of Guardians, as every God can have an ordinary Guardian: However every God have a stronger hierarchy of armros: They are usually golden and are named depending on their Gods; Almighty are Elites (based on epic qualitys, such as Love, Truth, Justice and Peace); Athenians are Zodiacs (based on the 12 zodiac signs); Poseidon are Marines (Based on oceans).
Hades Reapers: They are humans that died and ended up mind-washed by Hades, forced into become a fiercy followers of him, and are given armors made by the Death Lord; they work as ordinary guardians, but their armors are based on humans flaws. Reapers can go back to earth trough Hades's portal and fight their previous friends, but now in name of Hades. Reapers also have a stronger tier; they are called Princes of Underworld.
Dungeons and Relics: There are many Dungeons in Azusa, each one protected by a Boss, those usually collect treasures called "Relics"; Relics are historical items that during previous wars ended up absorving their Guardians powers, and recently they can be used as a source of power; Each Relic have its special function and unique skill, from enchanted flowers able to drain blood to magical rings that gives the wearer invisibility! Relics can really makes the difference in combat so, good luck colecting them!
Unique Nutrition System: In Azusa everything you eat actually matters, when you train your character you will convert Nutrition into Status. Each food will give a certain amount of Nutrition to each kind of status, so eating a cooked meal is way better for your training then a raw meat. Experienced players know how to feed properly their characters before training!
Many training Methods: Tired of doing repetitive things to get stronger? In Azusa there are over 6 different training methods, and each one is good depending on your playstyle! And the methods vary depending on your situation. We have from half afk training methods, full afk training methods or, the best ones, active training methods; and there are like exercises to get your strenght and endurance up faster; charge cosmo to get force and resistance faster, and even sparring your friends to get your fighting skills up are great for developing your character at Azusa! Also not to mention the classic methods of killing creatures and leveling up... Everything depends on your playstyle!
Unique Roleplaying Gameplay: A completelly different concept to Online Gaming is here; A mix of table RPGs and online RPG results into a enforced roleplaying enviroment that you develop your character as if he is part of that world, and as you interact with other players your characters story grows and becomes relevant to a point you can change completelly the entire world's destiny! Everything in Azusa is based on players story progression, there are some different rules for this to work, I suggest you check them ingame!
