In the year of 1974 with the Success of FredBear Family Dinner, William and Henry have an extra money on the side decides to make a hotel under the name Fredbear Family Hotel. It was thriving establishment nestled in the heart of the bustling town. It was renowned for its warm hospitality, and charming ambiance with the one and only Fredbear. Families from far and wide would flock to the hotel for vacations, celebrations, and weekend getaways. However, as time passed, the hotel faced numerous challenges. Newer, more modern establishments of Hotels began to pop up, drawing guests away with flashy amenities and high-tech features. Despite the hotel's efforts to adapt, it struggled to compete in the ever-changing hospitality industry. Until the bite of 83, Which made the hotel go under bankruptcy. Later in a few months it was bought out by International Hotels Group. And it was renamed to Utah Family Hotel to Take away from the controversy of Fazbear Entertainment, LLC.
