does anyone know why the demo wont work?

It should work on 5.1, though, I haven't yet had a wide range of testers. I can send you an alpha build if you'd like to try it?

Goal:
- Hit as many gophers as possible with golf balls before the timer expires.
Rules:
- When the player hits a gopher the player's score increases and a small amount of time is added back to the timer
- The player can earn score multipliers by hitting the gophers directly. The multiplier will reset if a ball bounces on the ground before hitting a gopher. The multiplier does not affect the time reward for hitting a gopher.
- The player's score increases passively, one point every second.
- Individual gophers in the level may have different score and time rewards based on their relative difficulty to hit.
- Gameover when the timer expires.
