One day, in Chinese World Zone. There is a king and queen of Westside Island, who protects the island from the big bad red rat, Pikapool! Who is greedy and planning to take their golden keys and rule the world!
Meanwhile, Neo runs though Station Square, "I'm hungry! I feel like eating a Hot Dog!" He is now older then when he was in Neo Classic Sonic and The Lost Levels, and suddenly a black hole sucks everything into a land of grey.
He then wakes up and he was in the palace of the King and Queen of Westside Island! The king and queen beg him to save their daughter, Rihanna! Neo also suspects that it was Pikapool who did this!
"I won't let you rule the world, you rat head!" Neo declarers! And he sets off to find Pikapool if he's telling the truth or setting him into a trap!
But he can't do it alone! Rouge, Angelina! Get your wings and karate feet ready because we're going to thwart the evil plans of Pikapool, or whoever it is!....
