I'll never forget the welcome I got in the original game when I arrived in Merribia:
"I'm Mel de Alkirk, founder and governor of Merribia. Since you're new here I'll warn ya. If you cause any sort of trouble in my town, I'll pop your tiny little heads of your twiggy little necks and mount them on me trophy wall..... WAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Now I've also played Lunar Eternal Blue where the welcome was: "I apologize for that pathetic lack of skill you had to endure watching", from master Lunn, who is in the era in which Eternal Blue takes place the governor of Merribia (EB takes places several centuries later).
As you can see I loved the Lunar franchise. Where exactly should I place your story in the Lunar timeline? Will the player also see other cities like Vane? Or have you rather cooked up an alternate timeline? And I guess I should pay Ramus a visit in his store. ;)
This look like a pretty typical RPG Maker project, but I wonder if you can manage to give me the real "Lunar" feeling ;)
