Project Atom
After playing half-life and being amazed by all the mechanics valve achieved to develop all the way back in 2004, my game dev urge came back and its time for more dumb implementations. This is it project atom, again not sure where im headed here there is no plan just drive and thoughts, im not sure what this is going to be ending up as but whatever its gonna be its not gonna be something planned for people to play, its just what i want and could achieve and this is my workflow.
Project Atom is a rough idea of a fallout/half life surivial story physics game, where it looks and feels like a fallout game but mechanically more similar to half life, where every object/element is physicaly interactable in a sort of way (rigid, smart and accessble). I'll introduce many aspects from the two of games and mash them into one big sexy abomination, Its gonna be tough but incredibly fascinating.
Project Atom is going to be the first time i try my hardest in effort to implement of what half-life has showed us. This means that this is just like a another unity practice project, there is no plan just "think and execute an idea". my head has been stuck in the mud for many days listening to the toxic voices, Now that im having the spring break(what i think a this break is considered as) I've plenty of time to unleash my creativity and expand my experience with game dev. #other #adult #strategy #shooter #action #rpg
