In a far future, a global drought has left the planet a lifeless wasteland of nothing but rocks and dry grounds. Humanity has reverted to living in huts and caves in collective hunter & gatherer communities, society has divided into tribal villages beneath stalactite and monocultural civilians, the few who rejects a primal lifestyle finds their way of living on the ruins of civilization doomed by sentient dead fungi, who now lurks on the derelict remains of human habitat. Earth's only hope for restoration is at the hands of the world's most famous scientists, who builds the research reservatories of G.A.R.D.E.N. to regenerate Earth's plants and replenish the natural environment. During the process, the scientists soon comes to realize that the real problem is not the drought affecting Earth, but what's behind it...
Board on a new adventure in the ill-fated world of Project Plantation, as a scientist who will go through every possible place in Earth to research a cure for the plantiferous drought disease and save humanity from it's potential extinction in a future at stake.
