I beat the demo. It's a pretty nice demo. I liked the cutscene a lot, and the visuals are well done. I will say, I like what the game is going for in terms of being fast paced, but the camera system being keybind-based and confusing to control feels like it will be an issue once the cameras get any use at all. Currently the game is so fast paced that you don't even get an opportunity to use the cameras, and even then they're not useful and slow to control due to the keybind system. I'd say a clicking system would help a lot, but even then, the game is objective based, so I don't see why someone would choose to use the cameras at a given time over doing the objective, especially when there is no real reward for using them.
One other issue I had was with needing to use the correct hand on a given door to close it. I felt it to be confusing, and I don't get why it's arbitrary.
I feel like some deeper sound design when it comes to getting damaged would help players understand the weight behind whenever they get damaged (like taking more damage would make a deeper sound). It kinda felt like I was being constantly peppered with little hp and it always just felt like a minor inconvenience especially when I could just heal it all back. Maybe healing should be tied to the cameras instead, because in the current system, you're basically getting double rewarded for doing the objective. Something like "staring at characters on the cameras heals you over a small amount of time" would help connect using the cameras for their purpose with the gameplay.
Aside from that, nice job, and I'm looking forward to the full release.

did it.... (you
did not specify any rules😈)
Can you give me any tips for low-poly modeling? Or any YouTube channels or websites for inspiration?
i played and broke your game loved playing it tho

pretty cool game and very interesting concepts, my only complaint is that the cameras, while useless rn, are only able to be used via keybinds so assuming in the future there's a character that requires cameras to deal with them it'll be very annoying to cycle through them one by one with how aggressive the current characters are, I think having the cameras be used via buttons you click on like most other fnaf games would be good
overall it's unique and I'm excited to see where it goes, the mechanics are fun even if the enemies are a little too aggressive for most players atm

ROBBIE'S GENESIS 48 is the reimagining of my previous fnaf inspired scratch game called Robbie's. Although it is still made in scratch it has improved visuals, gameplay, story, and the entire game in general. I hope yall like what you see and hopefully the game will be released this year!

You are in the establishment you and your brother built, but after a tragic event you are the sole owner of the arcade. But something is different, the world around you shifts, turns, and bends in unnatural ways.

Fight against demonic animatronics and travel through your forgotten memories in the search of self forgiveness. In this desktop game you will use your own two hands to manipulate the world around you and to pray for forgiveness.
