Story:

After we won the war, we've built with our workers the Communist Location!

The place where 5 year plans are planned & all great ideas comes in!

However beware, those capitalist won't let communism to spread across the world so in order to stop them we've made USSR Department of Monitoring UDoM for short which tracks all numerous places across USSR to stop filthy capitalist from stopping our plans!
