Context / Story: The mod begins with Boyfriend placing an unknown disk of an unkown but unreleased mario game called: "Super Mario Adventurous Plains" into his computer, before he makes his first encounter with Sonic in Cutting Room Floor. However, the ending of the song reveals it was just a dream Boyfriend was having, as he hasn't actually touched the game at the time. Alter-Falsers, however, is anything but a dream, as Sonic takes Boyfriend into the computer, before making him face off against Akuma Mario, X.NES, and Kilobyte respectively. However, the climax of the song reveals that Boyfriend isn't his true target, but rather YOU, the trio AND Boyfriend being mere disguises Mario used in order to pique to the player's interests, as he's not just the main EXE the mod centers around. He is the mod itself, taking a new form to lure new souls in. At the end of the song, Sonic does a finger gun signal to his head and blasts it off, which causes both him and the player to die. In the after-credits cutscene, its revealed Mario took the player into his domain, and placed their soul into an unknown vessel, where all they can do now is await the next cycle.
