Nope, since that will allow me to experiment with curtain characters like a particular lizard.

Nope, not a single one.

It will change the enemy encounters and the attacks from bosses.

I'd rather like it if you dont do it at all, since i always wanted this undertale au to be something on this own. And it's also because i don't want to see a "underswap" or "dusttale" version of this project. But you can still use the swaps of this project if you wish so since that is outside of my control.

Of course not.

I'm not sure yet sinds the coding part hasn't even began.

It depends on if the creator of the asset gave you permission to use it for your own project.

Yes you can just click on a link in the media links category of the team form of team striker so you can do your application there. But you can also do it through the team applications channel of the discord server.
