What do you think?

Gaaah, your torturing me! Finish it already, it looks great.

My dude I've been waiting for this game since I first saw it pop up on game jolt.

Day 2151 : Still waiting for the game to release...
I cant fucking wait ;-;

The images look so interesting, can't wait to play this game. I know there are people who don't like calling things like this "games" but in my books they are. They're just more art/story driven and I love that. If Biome turns out to be as fun to explore as it looks, then I'll be a happy gamer. good luck with development.

This is extremely fascinating to me. What ever happened to it?

Hey! I'm Tom, and alongside sound designer Jon Tree we're developing Biome, an experimental game about discovery, beauty and change that focuses on the world rather than the things that live on it.

Biome is the ongoing result of many, many design discussions, and a rejection of classic game mechanics and stereotypes. Biome has no objectives, no UI, and all of its content is open for the player as soon as they step into the world.

We're describing it as a digital toy rather than a "game" for these reasons, although it's a blurry line.

We're about 16 months into part-time development, and we're likely to continue developing Biome for another year or so until it's finished, but if you get in contact via twitter we'll see what we can do about letting you have a play with a test build.

We find it’s a better tool for developers than GameJolt, but we’ll keep posting here too.
